Our team was approached to partner with the Borgata team to develop a thriving retail center in Midland, TX. The property offered great demographics and was surrounded by a large population. We helped overcome multiple obstacles throughout the duration of the project and speed up timelines. We continue to be involved in the management of tenant finish-outs and oversight of additional construction.
