Not all clients can qualify for a build-to-suit retail development, but when they can magic can happen! This project started as an existing vacant building that was purchased with the end-user in mind, a local winery and bistro that wished to occupy the over 8,350 SF of this free standing building. Once a failed Mexican restaurant, the building sat vacant for over 7 years. It took the vision and partnership with a local operator to turn this great location into a once again thriving destination for local community.
