Verify Accreditation / Entity Incorporation

Accreditation & Entity Verification Made Simple

Before investing, we need to verify accreditations, and, if applicable, entity incorporation. We’ve streamlined this process to make it quick and easy for you.

Verify Your Accreditation

Our investment opportunities are exclusively available to accredited investors. If you’re ready to move forward, we first need to confirm your accreditation status (click to view the IRS definition). To complete this step, please choose one of the verification options below.

ASSET BASED

Financial Statement, Brokerage Account, Retirement Account, Bank Statement, or Consumer Credit Report showing net worth in excess of $1MM. Financial Statement showing assets of over $5MM when titling under an entity.

INCOME BASED

A Form W-2, Form 1099, Schedule K-1 to form 1065, Form 1040, or other satisfactory IRS form for each of the preceding two years showing the threshold level of income of over $200,000 annually or $300,000 combined income with your spouse and similar documentation showing a reasonable expectation of the same for the current year.

INCOME OR ASSET BASED

A letter from a registered broker-dealer, an investment adviser registered with the SEC, a licensed attorney who is in good standing, or a Certified Public Accountant stating that you are an accredited investor.

VERIFY ENTITY INCORPORATION

Verifying entity incorporation is only required when titling your investment under an entity (LLC, Corporation, Partnership, Trust, etc.) Items you can upload to verify Entity Incorporation.

For an LLC, this includes Articles of Incorporation (or Certificate of Formation) & an Operating Agreement. For all other entities, one of either document (or an equivalent document of ownership) can be provided.

If you are uncertain about which document to upload based on the entity in which you are titling, you may contact West Hive Capital.
